VISUAL IDENTITY & BRANDING
CASE STUDY:
Solutions2Share GmbH
OVERVIEW
Solutions2Share is a Microsoft-focused solutions provider operating on a global scale. I have deloped their entire branding identity and since 2018, I’ve been supporting their full visual communication system and branding across a wide range of projects.
CHALLENGE
As the company expanded, maintaining visual consistency across presentations, marketing materials, and digital assets became increasingly complex. Their brand needed to remain recognizable while adapting to different formats, audiences, and fast-paced project demands.
APPROACH
I worked closely with the team to translate their ideas into clear, structured, and visually engaging design solutions. This included creating flexible branding elements and systems and ensuring consistency across all deliverables—from presentations to marketing assets.

Logo concept shows a simple geometric shape with 2 symmetrical elements, forming one authentic and minimalist shape. Shape portrays letters "S2S" which present a shortened name of the company "Solutions2Share", however it also conveys "communication", "solution" as well as "precision" and modern feel.
Rest of the branding elements, closely follow same values as logo concept, making sure the brand identity feels connected and as a part of a bigger system. System is especially important considering Solutions2Share is an umbrella/mother brand for multiple product brands.
Throughout the years of supporting Solution2Share's business in visuals and identity, we have designed and successfully promoted their services and products, including exhibition / trade show promo materials, such as booths roll ups and other elements.
RESULT
The outcome was a cohesive and professional brand presence that supports their growth and communication. The streamlined visual system allows their team to move faster, present more confidently, and maintain a strong, recognizable identity across all platforms.

CASE STUDY:
FossID AB
FossID, is an IT company with HQ in Stockholm, Sweden. Their specialization is in finding open source software vulnerabilities - SCA.
OVERVIEW
My work with FossID started with a logo redesign and gradually developed into a long-term collaboration covering the company's visual communication. I established a complete visual identity system and worked on a wide range of applications, including brand guidelines, presentations, brochures, marketing materials, digital graphics, trade-show assets, animation and print production.
CHALLENGE
FossID operates in a highly technical field, so the challenge was to create a visual identity that could communicate its expertise clearly without feeling overly technical or distant. As the company and its communication needs evolved, the identity also needed to remain consistent across a wide range of digital and physical applications — requiring a flexible system rather than simply a logo and color palette.
APPROACH
I developed a comprehensive brand guide defining typography, colors, logo usage, layouts, graphic elements and other visual standards, providing a consistent foundation for the brand.
A particularly distinctive element was Shinobi. the character was adopted as a mascot for the FossID brand as a whole, giving the technical brand a more approachable and personable visual presence.
I developed Shinobi into a broader set of poses, expressions and situations, allowing the character to illustrate ideas, guide attention and add personality across different types of content, including animated applications.

The visual system was then applied across presentations, brochures, digital and social media graphics, promotional materials, trade-show assets and print production.
RESULTS
The result was a complete and flexible visual identity system that could support FossID across different channels and communication needs. The combination of consistent brand elements, adaptable layouts and the Shinobi character gave FossID a distinctive visual language capable of communicating its technical expertise while maintaining a more approachable and human presence.

CASE STUDY:
M365 Summit
OVERVIEW
The M365 Summit Team was founded in 2019 with the idea of organizing conferences focused on Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams. Over the following years, they organized numerous online conferences, covering specific Microsoft products and platforms, primarily for German-speaking audiences. They also organize annual conference at Mainz, Germany.
CHALLENGE
With networking and community at the heart of the M365 Summit concept, the brand needed to feel more approachable and engaging than a typical corporate technology identity. The visual identity also needed to work across different media and communication materials while remaining recognizable as part of the M365 Summit brand.
APPROACH
Instead of relying on a purely typographic logo, I introduced a mascot as part of the logo itself, giving the identity a more friendly and memorable character. The mascot was balanced with simple, bold typography to maintain a professional connection to the Microsoft 365 environment. The logo was developed in both vertical and horizontal configurations, while the mascot was also designed as a standalone visual asset that could be used throughout the brand's communication.

RESULTS
The combination of a recognizable mascot, strong typography and flexible logo configurations created a visual identity that felt professional without being overly corporate. The mascot also became a useful communication element, adding personality and visual interest to presentations and other content that would otherwise rely heavily on text.

CASE STUDY:
Teamsware GmbH
Teamsware GmbH is an IT company with background in construction industry. With Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams, digitization in planning and construction is finally in full swing and we are right in the middle of it! They have over 20 years of experience in the development, implementation and operation of virtual project rooms and multi-project platforms for the construction industry.
Client came to me with a need for full branding, starting from scratch, so obviuosly we started by creating a logo and then going forward with the other branding elements such as busness cards and other print material, as well as digital elements, including social media posts and banners and website elements, etc.
Following the theme of construction, starting point of the design was based on name Teamsware, with a focus on letters T (Teams) and W (ware). By carefully tailoring the two letters into one element / icon , we reached the icon which works as a 2D and 3D element symultaiously.

When perceived as a 2D element the “initials” are prominent. However the shape could also be perceied as a 3D element, where it is very familiar as an abstract construction element. At the same time the icon has a very modern and digital look and style, which all ties in with the general theme and background of the company, revolving around Microsoft Teams.
After finishing the icon and logo, we went ahead and created numerous other branding elements some of which you can preview here.
